Working with the traditions of ancient Shamanic Lineage and my personal way of holding space for you. Each session is deeply unique to you and what is present.
Within our body is life force energy that wishes to be expressed and lived. Through generations we have been taught and programmed that it is not good or safe to be a full expression of the amazing life and love that we are. This causes blockages in energy, mental patterns, distortions of protection, coping mechanisms, inauthentic ways of getting our needs met, patterns that repeat in our lives and sometimes causing illness. With deep presence and listening this life force can take up the space to truly live. For you to be your authentic soul potential at this time of great change.
In a session I use my deep listening, feeling and visionary psychic ability to sense in you where your life force energy is trapped. I will support you. with years of experience and deep presence and compassion to open to this energy that is your true authentic self. My holding is to support you through any blocks to get straight to your gifts!
This journey can take us deep into feeling states, into our personal fears and darkness, where many gifts can be found. I have a very deep understanding of nervous system needs and our limitations which are unique to all of us. This is deep shamanic work, with a very grounded foundation of care and compassion.

I have 16 years experience of holding people for their healing and personal empowerment. With a great knowledge and experience of healing and integrating trauma, a varied and in depth training as well as a continued commitment to my personal sacred path and self development.
