With over 15 years of training, deep personal initiations, and shamanic practice, I guide people through deep trauma and life transitions with gentleness, presence, and integrity. My work focuses on:

In this personal one to one space, you are held in a safe and supportive confidential container.
As we ground together in sacred space, the messages from your body and life experiences will show me the direction for an inner journey, in this journey you will find the answers within.
I become a guide to ensure you come through any blockages and recieve what you need. This creates changes in your life and brings genuine insight.

In a session, with your consent I may use:
- Incense to connect with spirit as I hold you to journey inwards.
- Stones and herbs to harmonize body and Earth energy (this is derived from Qero Mesa practice and also Grief ritual from other indigineous roots).
- Massage, sound, and breathwork to enter deep, visionary, embodied states.
- Offering Practical tools to integrate alignment into daily life, most of which will be from your inner guidance (which I will assure you recieve in the space).
- Practices to support womb alignment.
- Deeper containment of energy through reboso holding and prayer.
Whether you are navigating trauma, seeking clarity, or longing to reconnect with more of yourself, I can hold you to recieve what you need.
If we meet something difficult in a session, I have the confidence, through experience that I can hold you through into a grounded space.

Sessions are held in a cosy private space in San Cristobal de las Casas .
This space is 20 minutes walk or a 5 minute (50 pesos) taxi ride from the town centre.
Your 2½ hour session involves Somatic body massage (including womb massage if desired), Rebozo closing all as part of a soul aligning shamanic journey.
The cost is 1000MX (payable by Cash, Bank Transfer or Paypal)

- This is an authentic journey for soul transformation a space for those who are able to give themselves time (not fit a session in between other plans).
You are invited to arrive with an open schedule, so there is space to land, receive, and integrate in a way that deeply honours this personal medicine with self-care.
- I only book sessions when your timing is certain.
- If your plans are flexible or may change (for example tours or travel), please book for another day when you can arrive calmly and on time.
- Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, thankyou for your punctuality (late arrivals will not extend the session). There is a peaceful place to wait if you arrive early as I make preparations.
- Your session is confirmed once a time is agreed with a clear commitment to attend.

About Me
My Name is Seque, originally from England UK. My path has been shaped through a combination of formal study in human consciousness, lived experience, and extensive training across South America, Mexico, Europe, and the UK. This includes shamanic traditions, trance dance facilitation, body-based practices, and continued exploration of the nervous system, embodiment, and nature connection.
My passion is to support the reconnection of the nervous system, supporting women return to a felt sense of safety, presence, empowerment and connection within themselves. I am particularly drawn to womb-centered work and supporting the restoration of inner alignment through the body, breath, and lived experience.
I hold space for deep healing, including grief, trauma, individuation and nervous system awareness, with care, clarity and respect.
My work is not about directing or fixing, but about holding a steady, contained space where you can reconnect with your own inner awareness and through this eros, the natural creative life force that flows though you.
I support you to meet what is present, to release what is ready to move, and to return to your own sense of clarity and connection.
I have a background in fine art, sound, movement, and the study of symbolic and natural systems, which continues to inform my sensitivity to process, rhythm, and expression. Alongside this, my ongoing research and lived inquiry into the nervous system, embodiment, and human experience continues to shape my approach.
This is a space for women to be met with presence, to slow down, and to reconnect with themselves in a grounded and supportive way. The intention is always to support your own capacity, your own awareness, and your own connection to life.
